A Passion Project

Animoré is a unique game where you get to build deep relationships and experience fast, action-packed gameplay. You'll have the chance to fight enemies in a dungeon-crawler game while forming real relationships with characters that shape the world you're in.

We were inspired by games like Hades, Persona/Fire Emblem, and Genshin Impact. Animoré takes place in a fantasy world with two parts: the Physical plane, where normal rules apply, and the Spiritual plane, where feelings and thoughts shape reality.

The main part of the game has you interacting and teaming up with different characters in a bunch of Events and Dungeons. Every character has a unique story and develops over time. Some of them have a lot of lore material for you to explore.

In battle, every character fights in their own way and has their own special abilities. They also have an Animore, a kind of spirit animal that matches their personality and ideas. Each Animoré is different and affects combat in its own way. Some might be a ghost fox that uses air magic, while others could be a fiery snake creature.

Sometimes, the barrier between the Physical World and the Spirit World gets weak, and enemies' Spirit Form and Animoré will join the fight.

We're a team of passionate gamers and developers, including two founding members who are therapists with lots of experience helping people. They've helped make sure the game dialogue and progression are engaging, realistic, and meaningful.
